when will all this things come to its end??

writing research paper...
science of hadith mid term...
hafazan for study circle..
three of them will be happening this weeks and i,m going mad soon..
when will all this things come to its end??? keep asking the same question each day..
my patients sometimes has reach to its limit..
now i have fever, cold and cough.. good, package, three in one body..even worst, i feel i don't have any interest in this course anymore...ya Allah, what has happen to me? i think that i,m not going to score this semester.. this is the worst semester in my university's life.. i don't even know why.. i think its all my fault though..sigh... i,m leading such a hectic life.........
