yes, it is for real.
i've taken such a long hiatus.

okay, since it is fasting month,
my mood to blog decreased a little.
yeah, exhausted.
to non-muslim, this month is the
month where all the Muslim fasting.
fasting is part of Muslim pillars.
so it is compulsory.
No, no. it is not harsh and not bad also.
please clear your mind.
in fact, fasting is good for health.
yes, no kidding.
fasting can helps to clean up your digestive system.
sure, after 11 months of eating,
why not to give your tummy and digestive system to rest a bit.
and fasting also helps people to diet.
not a heavy one, just to lose bit of your weight.
to add some more, i never heard people died out of fasting
but i've heard people died for eating too much
seriously, eating excessively contributed to many diseases
one of em' is obesity.
fasting in Islamic religious is NOT a torture for its believers.
we are encouraged to take food in the morning before
we started our fasting.
and we break our fast before night
it is 7.30 p.m. or earlier.
why Muslim fast??
it is to strengthen our faith and also
as a reminder and awareness that
not all people being bless with lots of delicious food.
so we should be grateful with the bless that we got.
so i hope that people, non-Muslim especially
not to think negatively of Muslim
as it is part of our religious belief and of course we
must respect each other, right?
okay this is health-and-bit of religious random-ing session.
